Personalised Agenda

You can create your personalised agenda via the Mobile App or Web Portal

Instructions on how to create your personalised agenda:

  • Make sure you are login into either the mobile app or web portal as your selection won't be saved otherwise.  Once your selection is saved you can view or amend your agenda via either application. 

    Please note: you will have to create a new login for the app, your UKOUG login will not work in this system

  • Go to the Schedule
    • Mobile App
      Click directly on Schedule

    • Web Portal
      Click Event Details > Schedule

  • Click on a session and the details of the session will come into view (see web portal version below)

          

  • Click on the Star
    • Mobile App
      This is locked at the bottom of the phone

    • Web Portal
      This is located in the top right hand corner of the session details

  • Alternatively you can pick your agenda by searching a speaker you would like to see
    • Mobile App
                 1. From the home screen click Speakers
                 2. Search for the speaker and click on their name
                 3. Click on sessions
                 4. Click on the session you want to see (even if only one is listed, otherwise you will favourite the speaker)
                 5. Once you are viewing the session details click on the star

    • Web Portal             
         1. From the home screen click Event Details > Speakers
         2. Click on presentation you want to add to your agenda (even if only one is listed, otherwise you will favourite the speaker)
         4. Session details should come into view  
         5. Click on the star located in the upper right hand corner

To view your selection from the home screen click on My Event > My Agenda

  • In the Web portal you will be able to view your selection in a list or grid view
