Business Intelligence

Monday 14th - Tuesday 15th October

APPS13 offers a dedicated stream to BI over two days, where delegates can explore the many aspects of BI, through EBS, PeopleSoft, JDE, Hyperion, CRM or a mixed view of multiple data sources.

Agenda Highlights

  • The future for BI within Fusion presented by Caroline Gladwin from Oracle
  • Real-life experience from Daiwa, Derby and Durham
  • How Big Data can be integrated into an operational system by James Anthony from e-dba

What to expect:
In the BI stream we are focusing on BI in the context of Oracle’s applications, with sessions on the past, present and future for BI Applications and Fusion BI.  The majority of the sessions include real-life case studies from organisations that have integrated BI into their Oracle applications and are sharing the benefits of their experience.  There are also some thought-provoking sessions on advanced topics such as Big Data, real-time analytics and data visualisation that show how BI can enhance operational systems and decision-making beyond “traditional” structured reporting.
